To Our Valued Patients:
As we are all going through these difficult times together, we want you to know we will do all we can to provide you the care and service you need, while also keeping in mind the health and safety of our staff, our doctors, and other patients.
Please note the following changes to our operations:
-We are presently seeing patients on a restricted basis. We continue to provide urgent eyecare; however, we are not performing any routine or non-critical eye examinations. If you are due for your routine assessment, we will notify you when we resume routine examinations.
-If you have travelled outside of Canada within the past 14 days, or have been in contact with another person who has travelled in the past 14 days, please remain at home. We will do our best to help you by telephone.
-If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, or sinus congestion, please remain at home. We will do our best to accommodate you by telephone.
-We are limiting the number of people in the clinic at one time, to allow for appropriate disinfection between patients, both in the examination room, and in the dispensary/front desk areas.
-If you do come to the clinic, please use the hand sanitizer supplied, as you enter.
-Please do not bring anyone with you who is not requiring personal service or care. We ask that if you have someone accompanying you, you ask them to wait in the vehicle.
-If you need to order contact lenses, we will be happy to have them mailed directly to you.
-If you have glasses for pickup, we have options to have these delivered to you. We are also still dispensing glasses from the clinic, at this time; however, we may ask you to wait in your vehicle, if we have other patients in the clinic when you arrive.
-Our hours may fluctuate depending on staff availability as well as announcements and mandates from both the government and the Alberta College of Optometrists.
PLEASE CALL BEFORE COMING TO THE CLINIC, to be sure we are open.
Thank you for your loyalty and support of Eye To Eye Optometry Clinic. We ask for your patience as we navigate the best ways to provide safe care to our patients. Working together we can make the best of these times-enjoy the extra family time, maybe tackle a few home projects you have been meaning to get to, and we look forward to less complicated times, hopefully in the near future.
